I'm having a difficult time finding a Owner Builder Lender where the owner can be the contractor to build his own home. Any help is appreciated.

Tom, here is MI is a company named Marfalx that allows home builders. Their # is 734-665-7070. Also, I believe Greenpath is a nationwide company that also allows it.
good luck

I think they both are gone. Marfalx phone is disconnected and I can't fine either on the web. |

We can do it at Prime - .5% if full doc, and the contractor is clearly building his own home (not spec). Tim Jarvis 800-846-2771 www.e-constructionloans.com |

| There is no contrator, does it still work with you Tim? This is a owner builder project. Indymac was an industry leader in this a long time ago. |
