I have been specializing in construction loans for the past 15 years, 14 years as a broker and the past year as a lender. Currently it seems as all of the construction loan products are being suspended and modified to the point that no one can qualify. I have a ton of inquiries coming in on a daily basis with a 80% rate of each inquiry turning into a loan.
Does anyone know of any companies left that will broker their construction money?

I have been waiting for the M&T rep to get back to me for the last two days. I have sent two e-mails and left phone messages. I am losing faith.
