Hi, I just started a company and have since then removed 16 second mortgage lien positions from my clients chapter 13 BK's. I am looking for as many brokers as possible to send me their clients that this would work for. I charge $1,200.00 for this service and will cut the broker or loan officer a check for $300.00 per client that signs up. I have all of the paper work and agreements written up, and you will be paid 24 hours after the client signs up.
