Hi,
Anyone know of a lender doing stated loans? GREAT RESERVES but cant document all their income! Please let me know!! Asap Need help.
Stated loans, in California, Refinances.....great assets (A little less then a million, good LTVS...under 80%

I can do stated to 75% so email me any loan scenarios. thanks.

| Indy Mac still shows that they will do siva up to 75% with a 700 score. Emailed my rep for confirmation. |
