| We just funded a 75% cash out refi on a house in Corona Del Mar. It appraised at 3.9 mil loan amount was 2.93 mil. 5/1 IO arm at 6.875% FULL DOC or B/S. I know that most Jumbo lenders (Citi, Wach, Downey, etc) are maxing out at 65% so I figured some of you may need this product. Email me your scenarios or if you need more info. |

| What bank is that with? I have a couple 70% non-owner purchases at similar loan amounts. |
