I'm relatively new to the internet lead purchasing game. Currently I have several different quotes for exclusive leads ranging anywhere from $20-50 for leads that have only been sold once. What are the average costs for an exclusive lead with LTV and loan amount filters?

I am at about 18 bucks for an "exclusive" internet lead ( they never are exclusive). I have yet to find an internet lead provider that was worth $50 a crack. If you are looking to spend that kind of coin you are better off cutting back on quanity and spending the extra money on telemarketed leads.

You can go to cj.com and see what the going rate is for an "exclusive mortgage lead". LowerMyBills, CapitolOne, CountryWide and countless others pay webmasters $75 for a completed application coming from their website.

I'd be extremely leary of anyone offering exclusive internet leads for $20...when they easily can get 4x's that amount elsewhere. There are over two dozen companies willing to shell out $75 a pop, regardless of filters. Just a little inside info to help your thought process.
