| I'm relatively new to the internet lead purchasing game. Currently I have several different quotes for exclusive leads ranging anywhere from $20-50 for leads that have only been sold once. What are the average costs for an exclusive lead with LTV and loan amount filters? |

| I am at about 18 bucks for an "exclusive" internet lead ( they never are exclusive). I have yet to find an internet lead provider that was worth $50 a crack. If you are looking to spend that kind of coin you are better off cutting back on quanity and spending the extra money on telemarketed leads. |

You can go to cj.com and see what the going rate is for an "exclusive mortgage lead". LowerMyBills, CapitolOne, CountryWide and countless others pay webmasters $75 for a completed application coming from their website.
I'd be extremely leary of anyone offering exclusive internet leads for $20...when they easily can get 4x's that amount elsewhere. There are over two dozen companies willing to shell out $75 a pop, regardless of filters. Just a little inside info to help your thought process. |
