I am looking for any lender that still does construction loan for a OOC, SFR, Full doc in 85% LTV.

I have Harrs bank but they charge 1% and loan is $600,000. My guy does not like to pay i%.

Please email or or reply here if you know any good bank.

they need 720 score and we have 651.

your a moron for not being able to sell your borrower on a 1% bank fee for a jumbo 85% construction loan with a 651 fico.

Construction is hard enough in this market, he shouldn't be complaining or get his fico up

Do you have the contact for Harrs bank I am looking for a construction loan with the same scenario

yes but they do not give any money to brokers anymore and you are not allowed to charge any point or fee and they charge .5% instead of 1%. You need to have a seperate aggrement with your client and they are in 80% LTV. If you could get seperate aggrement from your client you should use Retail Chase bank with no point to your customer.
