Over the last 6 months we have been fine tuning our services to offer the BrokerOutpost community the most cost effective tools on the market to generate more leads, process more efficiently, and in the end CLOSE MORE LOANS!
I have designed this thread to be the easiest method to look at all of our services, decide which services work best for you, and begin working with us at your convenience.
To order any of the services below, simply click the hyperlink at the bottom of each listed service. You will also find links to Q&A forms for all of the services which allow you to ask specific questions about each, or request an invitation to a weekly Q&A sessions.
What We Offer
We offer four services designed to maximize your production.
1. Contract Mortgage Processing:
Our core service is Contract Mortgage Processing, and you can find a list of our pricing by visiting our website. We use an online document and transaction management system (Stewart's SureClose) to offer complete transparency for you, your borrowers, and all other parties involved in the transaction, as well as access to your files from anywhere you have an internet connection. Please send all questions regarding this service by completing our Processing Q&A Form. We have a weekly Q&A session and will be happy to show you the system.
If you have a file that you would like to submit right now, please start by completing our
Contract Processing Agreement and File Submission Form
Note: Please DO NOT submit an Agreement without also submitting a Loan File.
2. Hosted Predictive Dialer:
Our Hosted Predictive Dialer can be accessed from anywhere you have a high speed internet connection and either a "Chat" headset or a land line easily accessible from the computer. Check out the Dialer Setup PDF for answers to any basic tech questions and a preview of the look and feel of the system. We offer this service on an Unlimited Monthly rate for $250.00/month (on special right now for $225/month), and on an Hourly rate for $2.50/hour (no minimum purchase). This is an excellent way for you (or someone on your staff) to cold-call data lists. The dialer will call about 200 records per hour, and you will be connected with only the "live answers". Please send all questions regarding this service by completing our Hosted Dialer Q&A Form. We have a weekly Q&A session and will be happy to show you the system.
To get started using our Hosted Predictive Dialer Service as soon as tomorrow, complete the
Hosted Dialer Setup Form
You will be prompted for payment as soon as the form is submitted.
Note: Complete this form only if you want to start ASAP.
3. Pay per Lead Program:
For those who prefer not to cold-call themselves, we offer our Pay per Lead service. We offer both exclusive and non-exclusive (sold to 1 other client) leads. Each lead will be qualified under the following criteria:
LEAD QUALITY
Leads will contain full contact information, 1st and 2nd mortgage information, employment and credit information, as well as social security number(s).
RETURN POLICY
If you receive a lead that does not meet any of the criteria below, report it within 48 hours and we will replace it.
• Minimum loan amount of 100k
o 80k in TN, OH, MI, SC, PA, NM, ID, MO, AL, LA, MS
• Nothing less than a percentage of 6.5% on a 30 year fixed rate unless the borrower is looking to consolidate debt or wants cash out (10k or more)
• Lower than 90% LTV
o Documentation for Replacement:
Full Appraisal (satisfies requirement fully)
Or Two of the following (We use the higher of the two values)
AVM Report
Zillow.com Reprt
Property Appraiser’s Website Report
• No Current Chapter 7
• No Mobile Homes
• Valid phone number
Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Leads may take up to 15 business days to complete for 10 or 25 lead orders, 30 business days to complete for 50 lead orders, 60 business days to complete for 100 lead orders . I understand that there is no return policy only a replacement policy. If a lead is not qualified it will be replaced. No refunds or charge backs are warranted unless the order can not be filled within the allotted business days.
The pricing for this program is as follows:
-Exclusive Leads
10 Leads = $60/ea
25 Leads = $55/ea
50 Leads = $50/ea
100 Leads = $45/ea
-Non-Exclusive Leads (sold to one other client)
10 Leads = $40/ea
25 Leads = $35/ea
50 Leads = $30/ea
100 Leads = $25/ea
The standard pay-per-lead interest rate filter is 6.5% on a 30 Year Fixed where the homeowner does not want cash out. At Prime Processors we take it a step further. We will increase that min. interest rate guarantee by 0.500% for an additional $10.00/lead.
The only exclusion is that we will not be offering this product for California. Please send all questions regarding this service by completing our Pay per Lead Q&A Form. We have a weekly Q&A session and will be happy to show you the system.
On all Pay per Lead packages that are purchased with a 7.5%+ (7.0%+ for current Processing clients) rate filter applied (see pricing) we will offer a 10% Closed Loan guarantee up to 125% of the original order. We offer this guarantee because we are positive that our team of TMers can produce the best quality lead offered here on the BO, or elsewhere!

4. Rent-A-Telemarketer:
For current Processing clients (mandatory) who prefer not to cold-call themselves, we offer our Rent-A-TM service. We schedule in 4 hour shifts in all four time zones, and call Monday through Saturday. With this service you have the ability to "listen in" to your shifts, communicate directly with the TMer, and even request any homeowner be "live transferred" to you. Our pricing for this service is based on the number of shifts that you reserve.
1 – 3 shifts are $100.00/shift
4 – 7 shifts are $90.00/shift
8 – 11 shifts are $80.00/shift
12+ shifts are $70.00/shift
Any Unlimited Dialer client receives a $10.00/shift discount

Changes:
Since rates are going up, and since we like to make sure our clients get workable deals (not much to process otherwise  ) we will be offering a new filter on our leads.
Base Lead -
> 6.5% on 30 yr fixed (unless borrower wants cash out)
New Filter -
To receive leads with guaranteed higher rates simply add $10/lead for each 0.5% increase to the base rate.
Example
For 100 exclusive leads with a loan amount higher than $100,000, guaranteed LTV below 90%, guaranteed with SSN, and rate higher than 7%.... you would pay only $55/lead.
Comparing this to most other lead providers, even just the ones from this forum, you can see that no one else offers this type of filter, no one guarantees SSN, and even with the additional filter charge, we still come in more than $500.00 cheaper on a full order of 100 leads

| I just wanted to give my results for my telemarketing campaigns. I got two four hour shifts. Out of those two shifts I got 15 leads. Of those 15 leads I have funded two loans. It was well worth it, and I would recommend trying it. You do have to use the processing services to rent a telemarketer though. |

Thanks for posting your results and the positive feedback. All I can say is wow. That puts your cost per funded loan at around 180? Wow! I should disclaim that your results are better than normal, but I'm sure that most LO's can ascertain that fact and still see the true value we strive to provide LO's with. |

Yes I was very happy, and know I probably won’t get that result every time. I am scheduling 12 shifts right now though. |

Defiantly congratulations to you!
While the results are not normal I would hate to just attribute them to luck. Any tips or tricks that you used for follow up or detailed info on the life of your campaign would be much appreciated by the board, I'm sure. |
