We are instituting a reverse mortgage Advisor program that will allow you to earn 25% of the origination fee provided you are not already FHA approved.
Based on location of the subject property this represents a minimum of $500 to as much as $1813.95 in your pocket for every closed loan.
We offer training and support, as well as the potential for free leads if you produce.
No origination functions are involved. Simply visit with the prospect and review the basics of the program, benefits, and options. We do all the rest!
Currently available in AL, FL, GA, MI only. Other states to follow.
You are paid directly from the closing agent on 1099 basis.

25% of the origination based on maximum lending limit would be $1,813. So you can say "as much as $1,813 in your pocket for every closed loan"
