Retail Direct Lender looking for Loan Originators to join their winning team
With an interesting plan that comes into play in a challenging market, we offer something more than just the traditional mortgage company model. We are a Retail Direct Lender with delegated underwriting (including DE for FHA and VA Automatic) with roughly 10 correspondent conduits along with the ability to broker through the wholesale channels if necessary. We close loans in our own name and with our own money.
What we are looking for:
• Mortgage professionals with a minimum of 5 years originating loans
• Familiarity with all programs available in today’s market
• An established customer base and network for their area
• Good computer skills – including Calyx Point
• A strong business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong drive to succeed
