Hello,
One of the companies I'm doing business with needs a branch in South Carolina and North Carolina. He regularly charges $695 flat fee per loan, but because of needing the two offices he is willing to offer a flat fee per loan of $500. This is only for One Branch Office. The first office approved will receive the offer. Anyone else the fee would be $695, which is still a competitive program. Below are some highlights.
