He is the scenario:

3 units currently bank owned priced at $350,000. Need to do a10% down/Stated. Owner occupied. Building need some work so would like to take an additional $35,000 to $50,000 Heloc to fix it. Middle score Fico 752. Rent of the 2 units can bring $1800 to $2000 per month. Location: Chicago, IL
