My borrower was late on the mortgage in 06. Notice of Default was removed 12/06 (borrower was 120 down). He caught up and has been completely current for over 1 year.

Rate & Term
Wants to get out of variable rate
No other Debt
600 Mid-score
90% (possible 85%)
SFR

Any suggestions on who may be able to do this loan?
