Purchase- 300K Loan Amount, 10% Down Payment, 48 Debt Ratio w/ non-occupant co-borrower (father of borrower), borrower owns 2 addtl properties, non-occupant co-borrower owns 1 addtl property, 725/737 Ficos, 25K in Cash Reserves... can anyone do this? Thanks for your help!
