Any lenders allowing more than 4 financed properties?
If so, will that same lender allow SIVA on a NOO purchase with a low LTV? |

| Seems as if more and more and turning to commercial blanket loans for this, get with your commercial lenders and possibily even your local small banks in your area to see if they will be able to help |
