Lenders with no 4506-t
Current borrower has not filed taxes for the past 2 yrs. He is a current wage earner. Yes i know he has no common sense, any lenders that will not execute or request one with a full doc package? |

We do not execute 4506, pending other factors it sounds like we can do this one.

| If this is wage earner and they can get voe and it is decent fico/ltv why don't you run DU and see if you get an income waiver? |
