I'm looking for a lender or group of lenders who you handle 500 Condotel purchase end units for UK/Foreign National buyers that I have.
Perhaps a portion of those units could be split up between lenders?
Each borrower has already put down 30% and is sitting in escrow in a US bank account. They are all very good credit borrowers with 6-12 verifiable liquid assets+.
Please advise.

Wow, you are an accredited investor? I want your bank account!
You can actually get into some hedge funds that are fund of funds as a "qualified" investor. Despite their claims, their returns are somewhat pale. Anything that is designed for the high net worth investor but gets repackaged for the average investor generally is a bad idea. |

Yeah, that was my point, you can invest in a fund that invests in hedge funds as joe shcmo, but if you are investing IN a hedge fund you are pretty loaded.
