Here is the scenario-----
582 mid score, full doc, Georgia property.
Borrower owns the land free and clear--appraised value of 90K.
She wants $$$ to put septic, well, grading, utilities, etc. and funds to purchase 2 separate double wide Mobile Homes on the property. They are 1999 and 2001 models that she put $$$ downpayment at a foreclosure sale. She is occupying one of them as primary residence and the other one used for housing her disabled Mother.
Loan amount =$65,000....thus I need a 72% LTV.
Any suggestions?????
