| Check this one out. I have a realtor who has a buyer who lives primarily in Belgium who wants to buy an investment property in TN, new construction. The borrower can put down 30-35%. The purchase price is $124,900. Any takers? |

Does the borrower have bank account(s) in the US?
Does the borrower file tax returns?
Does the borrower has a green card or work visa? |
