With One Approval totally out of left field and not even on my radar as it was less than 24 hours since it had been submitted. Two of the three declines had DU/DU Approvals and I found a home at a higher rate for one of them before the day died. On average, for each deal that gets approved, it is submitted three or four times. One of the other declines was already approved somewhere else but the lender's rates went through the roof. The underwriters are really on their power trips these days. It's amazing that the FHA guidelines are so different from lender to lender.
How was your 13th? |

| sorry to hear that Rad. It does sound like my last month. I finally got all of them closed, but it feels like I closed 10 loans and I only have 3 to show for. It is tough out there..lol |
