"We are one of only 2 approved brokerages in the City of Tarzana in the San Fernando Valley."
Are you saying you are one of only 2 FHA brokerages in tarzana, ca? Where did you get this statistic from? The company i work with is FHA approved and we are in tarzana as well as many other companies. I apologize if i am misunderstanding what you are trying to say. |

| i apologize, i will edit the listing... i ment to say that we are 1 out of EVERY 2... meaning that only about 50% of the brokers in tarzana are fha approved. the HUD website states that there are 6 approved lenders in the city of tarzana |

| There is no such thing as a wholesale mortgage broker. You are mortgage broker who gets wholesale rates, then marks up your rate or fees and offer retail to the client. Why be deceptive about it? I also see you do not have a license, yet your company is setup with the DRE. Why are you being so shady? |

well, yes we do work with wholesale banks then of course charge fees to our clients just like everyone else.
my position with this company is director of operations. i do not originate or close loans, our loan officers do that.
and yes it is true i do not have a real estate license, our company has a CFL license which does cover me, however since i do not personally originate or close deals, i have no use for it.
sorry, nothing shady here. |

HPFINANCIAL,
I have no intention to misrepresent myself or my company. You are correct, we are retail brokers who work with wholesale lenders.
When you first asked me if we were wholesale or retail I thought you were referring to the lenders we work with, and I responded by saying "we are wholesale brokers". I sincerely apologize for that.
For the record, and for anyone else reading this post:
We are retail mortgage brokers. Our lenders are wholesale.

jamiesmith80,
Yes I am aware of that. Majority of BO members are mortgage brokers, however there are many realtors here as well. I have gotten loan requests from several realtors here. We do have postings and ads with several other websites as well.
