Owes 1.5 needs additional 1.0-1.5
Cashout
Stated
Can verify $800,000 in cash/savings retirement
Client willing to pre-pay 12 mos mortgage payments
Long term - would like to sell this or other assets
700 credit scores
Self Employed owns retail stores/Construction company etc |

Hello,
I can do this to 70% LTV o/o up to a 3MM Loan amount. If n/o/o then 60% cash out.
I have a 5/1, 3/1 or option arm.
3/1 IO 7.50 <PAR>
