Thought you might want to see my FSBO Flyer.
I subscibe to FSBO Leader and get e-mailed every day a list of FSBO's for $39.95 per month. Normally $49,00 per month I get a discount for being a member of the down payment guy network.
I am a member of TheDownPaymentGuyNetwork.com for $19.95 per paid annually.
I bought 50 signs for 350 bucks.
I spend less than an hour a day calling and e-mailing FSBO's and send them an e-mail and a link to this flyer.

it sounds good , love cheap advertsing , I have a realtor that wants a DPA flyer , what do I do , pay the 16 for the year ? |

$70.00 set up + 29.95 per month so it's $99.95 + 29.95 per month or $298.00 for the year which includes the set-up devides out to $19.95 per month.
