Looking for a net branch that I can transfer my license to. Looking for FHA obviously, and something with a FLAT fee per deal. Also, looking for a NET BRANCH that pays after you close the deal, non of this waiting for 2 week of every month crap. Lets get a list going.

Branch offering 47 states..FHA..150+ Lenders..you do your own processing...NO monthly.. $450 per file..same day payroll..395$ recruiting fee only..set up in 48 hrs.

I've seen you post this same stuff in many threads. Two questions for you.
1. What is your role with the company you are promoting?
2. Are your posts related to residential mortgage origination?
