| client has a 720 fico, cashout refi, condo, cali property, full doc, 95% LTV LA 406k. who has the lowest rate at par, or has conventional come back out with a 95% cashoit on a condo yet? let me know please, my processor says 6.25% is the best she can do.I know there is better |

| conventional never had 95% cash out...fha is your only hope for that |

| not complaining at all, and not looking to have this go into some big debate, just checking. I know that last week, I could get a 5.875%. My goodness, can't anyone just respond with an answer the questions versus taking it somewhere else. I am sorry, but some of the responses to the post are off the wall. |

That has to be FHA, if it is true. Conventional has been 90% for a long time. |
