| I can do that but only on our retail side. 80% LTV at a 680 credit score. Loan size up to 500k. If you need help getting it done so you can do future construction, let me know. 6.00% on a 20-yr am or 6.25% Interest Only. Both are 3 year balloons. |

| Two of our private investors are still doing land loans up to 50% LTV in SoCal and select areas of NorCal. Rates in the 11's. Pricing varies with location. Email details for pricing. |
