I doubt anyone can do this but here is the scenario

625 score, 1 year 3 months out of chapter 7 BK (Personal), 70% or less LTV, Small loan amount between 70-80K, House and woodshop (Cabinet maker), Has business and Personal tax returns (Looks very strong), He is on a current Land Contract (5 years) and has all cancelled checks (Never late).

I know this is a mess but can anyone do this deal?

If your loan amount was higher, you'd have a better chance.
