Georgia, SFR, O/O, SIVA, loan amounts range from 488K to 1.2M.
I have several files that fit the above scenario. Credit scores range from 630 to 695. Some transactions are purchases and some are r/t refis. Looking for 80-85% ltv. Someone suggested running the files d/u, get doc except and that would allow the file(s) to be treated full doc and get a signed voe in lieu of income docs. This scenario is lender specific and not allowed by everyone.
Any other suggestions? Does anyone know of a lender that has this product or have an affiliation with a bank that offers this product on the retail side?
