| I've been trying to find information about FHA's LTV for cash-out refinances. Last I remember they where 95% but someone told me they could possibly increase that to 100% for distressed areas? Any truth to this? |

| They have been thinking about it for awhile...I know you want a quick answer for this however go to the FHA website and see what all the buzz is about. |
