| LTV 70, loan amount $250,000, Fico 754, 3 homes in 1 parcels. He is Self-employed and wants to go stated, he is a gardner, licensed in 3 counties but he does not report all income. Know of a lender? |

| Is this a true 3 unit, or 3 single families on one parcel? If it is not a true 3 unit, you will have to get a blanket loan I believe... |

These are 3 single home on 1 parcel. Two of the units have 1/1 kitchen, living room the other has 3/2, kitchen, living room. Each home has its own meter and are fenced. 3 homes on a lot, for 3 families. |
