| I have two clients that needs blanket loans. One for PA and the other for FL. Is there any lender still doing blanket loans on residential properties? Excellent credit. |

Welcome online....
There are really no lending sources that are doing blanket loans regularly on resi properties right now....
You could try Greystone.....
Good luck! |

| What would be the rough rate at 75%LTV(not trying to bring anything above 10% back to my client), SFR, 10-20 properties, 1-2M. |

I have a source. Not above 10%, but below. Email me and I'll give you a list of docs needed. Trust me though if I cant do it, and he needs this: 10% may be your best option BECAUSE these are very limited out there right now. |
