NC Loan 700+ Scored , FD, OO, Rate & Term...90%
Anyone know who has the best lpmi programs out there....Thanks in advance.

I agree about flagstar. Yesterday I locked a 95% purchase, 791 score, LPMI. It was 6.5 paying a little over half a point.
I checked around and it seemed to be my best option. I just wish they would be more competitive on their FHA rates.

Oh yeah, and about turntimes. They are 1 day on conventional above 80% and 4 hours on conditions.
