Looking for lenders that will do investment property in Mississippi. I'm looking for max ltv on a full doc investment property seasoned for one day. Also looking for Stated/Verified same loan. I know Southtrust does em' but they are not in Mississippi yet. I heard today that Wachovia is buying these loans. Any truth to that? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

| Why would you need SIVA lender if the borrower qualifies with full documentation? |

| I was talking about two different loan scenarios. I need both scenarios--some of my investors can go full doc/some can't. |

I remember a year ago, it was just easier, who wants to waste their time collecting all the clients financials
