Any one else having this problem? 2 scores for the coborrower, even though you know they should have 3?
Per our credit servicer, xpn is having trouble integrating any information on the coborrower if the last name is different, or if there is conflicting old address info that would suggest that they do not live in the same place. SO, the coborrower, no matter how deep the credit, will only pull 2 scores . . .never a good thing.
I have had this on 5 files in the past 2-3 weeks, and the only solution the credit co gives is to pull another report. (???!)
Is anyone else noticing this? |
