| Borrower needs a take-out loan for a 12 plex. Borrowers are strong with good financial s and credit. They've just strated marketing the 12 plex to renters so there is no rent roll. Property is located in Utah. Construction was complete 30 days ago. |

Phil,
this is going to be tough with no tenants presently unless, he can show 6 months reserves. I assume you are looking to go full doc. need to know borowers fico score, loan amount, ltv etc.
Please contact em to discuss the scenario.

I can take this stated and use market rents for comps and to calculate a DSCR. Call or email with credit score, loan amount and ltv. Thanks, |
