Well, I'm going to be the guinea pig (no Italian jokes please)
The Down Payment Guy Network launched their new FSBO program today and I'm going to be the first guy out of the gate in my area to try it out.
Please take a look at my new brochure (actually it's a web page that I e-mail out) and let me know what you think.

I’ll let everyone know how its going.
Thanks

Thanks Alex, wish I could take credit for it, it's free to members of the network.
What I do need to know is where to buy lists of all the FSBO's with e-mails I don't want to spend alot of the time on craigslist, and going through the papers, although there are tons of fsbo sites.
Any advice from anyone buying these lists, I know I can get ones free from the title company but they are always a week or two old, I would rather spend 20 minutes evry morning just sending out e-mails and see who bites. |

$29.00 per month with a 1 time $70.00 set-up so $99.00 bucks up front then $29.00 per month after or $298.00 for the whole year (includes the set-up)
100% money back guarantee
If you sign up please use my promo code 901, I make $17.00 on the monthly and $50.00 on the annual and can always use 2 six packs or a tank of gas.
For me it’s the best thing I ever did, without it I would be broke!

Here is the e-mail that goes out.
Hi John FSBO,
Thanks for taking a few moments to chat with me and giving me your e-mail address.
I offer FREE For Sale by Owner Advertising. I do this for a simple reason, every time a potential buyer responds to my ads offering your house; I get the opportunity to become his or her loan originator.
I am also a certified member of The Down Payment Guy Network and use proven marketing strategies that sell homes in the fastest amount of time at full appraised value.
Please click here: http://www.dpguynews.info/fsbo-flyer.htm to see all of the free advertising that is available to you, you'll be amazed!
Also please feel free to call me toll free at 877-374-8941 to discuss this program and any other financial needs you may have regarding, refinancing, home equity loans, or how to receive a free down payment to purchase your next home.
Thank you, Dennis Damiano
If anyone has any comments on how to make it better, I'm all ears well tonight fingers anyway.

Well day 1 and I took my first app :)
All I did was send out the link to a bunch of craigs list postings (like a dozen) and got 3 calls and 1 refi app :)
Not bad for day 1 and 10 minutes of work. |
