| Anyone left out there going to 90% on stated/verified for a primary residence? I have been calling around and haven't found anyone. The best I have found is 80%. I would like to know if I am wasting my time trying to find this. |

| If you are willing to delve into the world of Subprime lending you might be able to get this done. Try US Bank or Wilmington. Conventional financing isn't going to work, you can't get MI on stated income anymore. |
