Has anyone had any success using the above mentioned job sites to recruit LO's? Which do you think are the best?

Lol... Very true. In this market, if you are not paying them a small base salary and leads, you won't get a good lo. Good LOs are already jumped on net branch bandwagons.

Which "above mentioned job sites" are you seeking opinions on? I don't see any listed ... am I missing something? I am interested in the responses to this good question.

I used careerbuilder for many years for recruiting employees to corporate jobs. I have not yet used it for LO positions but I am considering doing so. The struggle that I have is that the typical LO does not think or behave like an employee. I am thinking that any media that appeal to the driven, self-employed or the entrepreneurial
type of people.

OK ... I'll search for the threads. I do not remember seeing them but I am interested in the topic so I will search.

For what its worth, when I surf the internet looking for mortgage jobs, I find the results to be pitiful. Not sure why.

I am actually interviewing with Monster.com for a National Account Manager position, so I would say Monster is the best if they offer me the position. If they don't I change my mind.

When I was recruiting LO's, Monster was great! But it became very expensive after the first year. So our strategy was to use Career Builder to search for those with mortgage experience and the good old classifides to hire those we wanted to train who did not have experience.
