Thanks for all the info but this client doesn't have a SS# or a Visa, He is a Canadian and has a Canadian Credit report, I did check with the credit companies and I can get him scored on an American credit report but the only company that does it is Experian so he would only have 1 score.

Any Idea's

Wachovia does them at 65 LTV

Hi Kurt,

SouthTrust Funding
We do Foreign Nationals up to 75%
No PPP
30 or 15 year fixed available.


Nobody beats out LTV's, nobody!

There was a post a few weeks ago that gave the name of an international lender. I think they were based out of London.

I tried to retrieve it but couldn't find it.

ING..... 7/1 ARM is currently under 6% at par. 80% to $450, 75% to $600K and 70% to $850K. Must have US credit & qualifying fico of 650.

foreign national, as in "has a visa buying primary because he/she lives here for work", or foreign national as in "european businessperson wants a vacation condo in southbeach"?

Citi is great with visa lending - many visas are same as us citizen.
