need a home for a 546, full doc, 45% dti, 55% LTV purchase in Minnesota. Down payment funds are coming from current house (owned free and clear).

limited current tradelines, collections - no bk or nod.

I was hoping to go to accredited - however, it looks like they just changed to a 560 min.

Wants to close asap.
