| I have a rate/term refi, $417,000 first and $160,000 second, 77% CLTV. I can do the 6.375% for the first (30 year fixed) that I need. Any suggestions to beat 7.8% on the second (30/15 balloon)? |

| You can do this all day long at US Bank. They will go up to 90% and the rates are around prime + 1 depending on the LTV and credit score matrix. |
