Are there any wholesale lenders offering construction loans? It looks like wholesale construction to perm is gone for the most part. So, I would even be happy finding a company that did the construction portion only then I do the end loan. I REALLY wanted to find a local bank to partner up with but the problem is they all also offer the end loan.
