My company is a HUD correspondent in California only right now. We are looking for loan officers and real estate agents who want to do FHA's and reverse mortgages, and get paid. We charge $1000 plus hard costs, the rest is your's. Contact me for details.

| Does the $1000 include processing? Or is that fee a hard cost? If it's a hard cost, what does processing cost at your company John? |
