Need hard money for 4plex in San Francisco bay area.
It goes up for auction on June 20th.
1st mtg is current.
2nd mtg (hard money) is foreclosing and lender says that
funds must be received by June 17th.
Property is recently appraised for $780K
Total owed on property is $502K (includes laywer fees, prepay, back payments, etc).

Let me know if you find a hard money lender that is going to 85%ltv because I don't think that exists right now.

The property is in Pinole, Ca.
75-80% is needed for bailout and if possible, cashout.
Accidently typed 85%. I doubt there is 85% too! |
