60% LTV SISA O/O Purchase in Tampa, Florida. No credit score/No credit period. $670,000 S/P w/$268,000 down (from signing bonus and/or advance from Agent). Borrower is Professional Football Player who was just drafted and wanting to buy home now before establishing any credit.
Prefer to go 75% LTV if can. ARM or 30 yr. fixed. |

| 60% is probably your max, look up hard money lenders. |
