CCF Now Does Adult Entertainment Facilities in CA
Commercial Capital Funding is funding on it’s 1st Adult Entertainment Facility since its program started in May. This niche market which has been largely underserved by traditional lenders now has options at great interest rates. This product is California only but is a great niche for brokers and largely untapped. The loan has to be full doc, 75% or less LTV, and falls into CCF’s portfolio product.
The most recent scenario was 7.76% on a 5/1 with declining 5 year prepay. No lockout, interest guarantee, or yield spread maintenance.
