| $199 in all 67 counties (I assume), within in-house closing for Broward only, I assume? How much extra for mobile singing agent? |

You are saying $199.00 plus the Florida promulgated rates for title insurance plus recording fees and state/intangible taxes, correct?
What is your turn-around time for issuing a CPL and Commitment? |

Garden Home Title only charges $199 SettlementFee and promulgated title. Mobile notaries are never above $125 and is paid directly to the notary, if you have a favorite notary that charges less we will work with them. As for in-house we do not charge extra on Broward, Palm Beach,Dade, Duval,St. Johns, & Pinnelas.

You are correct, we must by law still charge the promulgated insurance premium and endorsements. As for the recording fees, state tax and intangibles it is a government fee and not ours.
We have a 24 hour guarantee on title commitments and cpl's.
