I HAVE A CUSTOMER WHO WANTS TO COL BILLS BUT HAS A 500 SCORE AND HAS 3 30 DAYS LATES ON MORTAGE BACK TO BACK FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS. CAN ANY LENDER HELP ME WHEATHE ITS FHA OR CONV?

borrower is probably cooked...what is ltv, dti, location, etc.?
