| Most could do it 6 months ago. I am asking about current situation. You said MOSt and I know only 1 A lender who can do it -HSBC. oTHERS? |

| OK- I don't know your LTV or anything but I do know that Harris Home Equity will cash out a second one day off MLS! So, if you can r/t the first and then opend a second you've got a deal |
