Can anyone tell me where I can get income drivin mortgage leads for mailers?

Tired of taking apps that I cant close.

Rich people have credit and value issues too, but, infousa.com, I believe, lets you filter by income...

I realize the rich are not exempt. I found some companies that were able to filter LTV, Rate and all that. But the income im having an issue with.

Have you tried filtering loan amount and ltv? That combo should usually give you less DTI issues.

I filtering LTV, im running in to alot of people that have good equity but can only do SIVA. I am looking more for the conforming FHA prospects. Dont matter the state.
